Hardwood Floor Refinishing
The great thing about wood floors is that they can last forever with proper care.
No matter how careful you are with your hardwood floors you will get scratches, dents and dings. This means you will have to refinish them at some point in order to maintain that wood floor beauty you originally fell in love with.
There are several ways to enhance your older wood floor and we will be happy to discuss the options with you. If there are no deep scratches we may be able to just buff and apply finish. If the hardwood floor is too damaged then the procedure would entail complete sanding to bare wood with one coat sealer applied plus two coats of finish.
Change is good! You may take your floor refinishing as an opportunity to change the sheen level of your floor finish or you may decide to convert from a waxed finish that has faded.
If you have been considering a colour change you can try a lighter color of natural water based finish which will not fade over time.We offer different options for individual tastes with our color staining.Our water based finish also has UV protection and will not turn yellow or fade over time.!
